Kristal serves as the Executive Director at Midland Children’s Rehabilitation Center.  She graduated with her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2000 and started working as a physical therapist at MCRC in 2002.  She is married to her high school sweetheart, Cody. They have three adult children: Jaycee (who recently got married to Trae), Abbey and Jaxson (both of whom are attending Texas Tech University).  In Kristal’s spare time, she loves spending time with family and friends, enjoys cooking and entertaining with her husband, and delights in taking trips to the lake house in Oklahoma.

Kristal believes MCRC is an incredible place that is full of amazing stories about changing lives of the children that need their services.  She is so happy to be a part of a place where the staff and volunteers are so giving and so willing to help.  She is grateful to see how the community has responded time and time again to fully embrace the MCRC mission and provide the much-needed services that Midland Children’s Rehabilitation Center provides to the growing number of kids in the Permian Basin at no charge to their families.
